Last night the Phinx Desktop lead developer Sproggy released the first Beta of the Phinx Desktop 2012 64bit for testing.
This release comes with the latest PCLinuxOS 3.2.18 BFS kernel and Xfce 4.10.
Keep in mind that there are still some issues:
-Some broadcom chips might have minor connectivity issues or dropping signal
-Upgrading to the latest nvidia drivers can break your xorg.conf and cause graphics crashes
You can download the Beta 1 from here:

All feedback and bugs found can be reported on our Testing Group:
Phinx Desktop Testers
Please note that this release is a work in progress, under heavy development and thus not suited for a daily work environment or production machines.
If you want a more stable work environment we recommend to download the current 32bit version.
A final release of the 32bit version will also be released in the very near future.
For now, if you are into testing, go on and grab your copy of the 64 bit Beta 1, test it and help us to sort out any bugs found.
Thank you all, have fun testing and.... Enjoy! :D
